Limitations
Users with solely Gravity Manipulation can repel from a black hole, through gravity, distancing themselves.
Even though its created from the fabric of a black hole's quantum field, hawking radiation ironically destroys black holes due to the fact it reduces not only its mass, but also its size manually in order to evaporate them over time, and then possibly detonate as a supernova, at least depending on the size. The bigger black holes are less prone if not immune to that process, taking countless, if not an infinite amount of years for that to happen.
Users of Space-Time Manipulation may be able to counter the distortion of the black hole, or even destroy it as opposed to creating them.
Capabilities
User can create true, absolute voids, spaces that are empty/absent of anything/everything that we can understand including form, shape, dimension, time, matter, energy, distance, sound, motion, concepts, etc.
Because of the nature of these voids, anything that enters them may be impossible to ever escape or be rescued from and/or may even be erased from existence because of the contradictory nature or lack of life-giving elements/properties inside them.

Thirteen's Quirk allows her to replicate a black hole suction effect from her fingertips. The suction is very powerful and not even light can escape it. Anything sucked into the black hole is disintegrated into dust.
The user can control the size of black hole, and move it around in space to "suck up" everything in its path.
Black holes can allow the Time Travel to the future: their immense gravity slows time (this effect increases with proximity). A few minutes or hours may pass for the user near the event horizon, and when they leave, they may find it's hundreds of years in the future.
A black hole's gravity can slow time, but not reverse it.
Black holes are black because their escape velocity exceeds the speed of light. Users of Absolute Speed may be fast enough to escape.
Distance, mass, precision, etc. depend upon of the knowledge, skill, and strength of the user.
Black hole may become too massive to control.
If too small, it may just evaporate.
Gravity Negation can destroy black holes.
May be unable to create black holes, being limited to manipulating already existing ones.
Quantum tunneling may bypass the Event Horizon, allowing user to escape.

Near-Human Intelligence: He has a high degree of intelligence when compared to other tyrants thanks to the parasite assimilated into his brain. Nemesis possesses human-like memory, since he is able to identify S.T.A.R.S. members from the photos he was shown by his superiors. He is even capable of some degree of rationalizing and deductive thinking. This was shown when it shot down Jill's rescue helicopter since he realized she would escape through it. Compared to its Tyrant brethren, Nemesis is capable of limited amount of speech, though all it ever says is "S.T.A.R.S.".
After being resurrected from a lightning bolt strike caused by Tommy Jarvis stabbing his corpse with a metal rod, Jason was accidentally brought back to life as an Undead but unlike the usual Zombies, Jason doesn't want to eat human flesh nor crave anything like usual zombies but instead Jason Voorhees has kept his human personality and kept his former memories intact meaning now he is just a Zombie with intelligence.
Immortality: After becoming a revenant zombie in Part VI (Part 6), Jason has become functionally immortal, which means he does not age and physical injuries or illness that would have killed a normal human would eventually heal and won't truly affect him.
